The suitcase is made of 3 parts, the body, straps and handle. The parts are worked in rows and rounds. After each row ch 1 and turn. It measures approximately 3,5 x 4 x 2 cm.
Body (make 2):
With Rose ch21
r1-r15: From 2nd ch from hook sc in the next 20 ch. (20sc)
From row 16 you will work in rounds and do not turn and ch 1 after each round.
r16: ch1, sc around (15sc on short sides, 1sc in corners, 20sc on long sides) (74sc)
r17: sc across in back loop only (74sc)
r18-r19: sc across in both loops (74sc)
r20: sc across in back loop only (74sc) (this row is the inner part of the suicase)
Finish off
With Soft Beige ch 19
r1-r13: From 2nd ch from hook sc in the next 18 ch. (18sc)
From row 14 you will work in rounds and do not turn and ch 1 after each round
r14: ch1, sc around (13sc on short sides, 1sc in corners, 18sc on long sides) (66sc)
r15: sc across in front loop only (66sc)
r16: sc across in both loops (66sc)
Cut from card board a rectangle measuring 3,2 x 4,5 cm and for the sides 3,2×0,5 and 4,5×0,5 and place this inside the pink part
On top of the card board you place the soft beige part, now you sl st through both loops of both parts around. In the corners of the soft beige part you need to sl st 2/3 times.
Straps (make 2)
With Champagne ch 59
r1: From 2nd ch from hook sc in the next 58 ch. (58sc)
Finish off
With Charcoal sl st to 6th sc of the strap, ch 1, sc in 6th, 7th and 8th sc, ch 4, sc in the 3 sc on the other side of the strap, ch 3, sl st to first st.
Finish off
Strap around the suitcase and sew the straps to each other like creating a rubber band
Handle:
With Charcoal ch 11
r1: From 2nd ch from hook sc in the next 10 ch. (10sc)
Finish off
Attach the handle in the center of the body.
